MistCash App Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the MistCash mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) developed by MistCash (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as an advertising-supported service. This Service is provided “as is”.
**What information does the Application collect and how is it used?**
**Information provided by users**
The Application collects information that you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, you should keep in mind that you may not be able to take advantage of some of the features offered in the Application unless you register.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and promotional offers.
**Information Collected Automatically**
In addition, the App may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
- Your email address
- User ID
- Other information that helps us identify you or helps us provide or improve our Services.
We collect non-personal technical data, such as device type, system version, and event log, to improve app performance and resolve issues
The type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier, your device’s IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, and information about how you use the App.
**Does the App collect precise real-time location information?**
This App collects your device’s location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographic location and uses it in the following ways:
- **Location Services**: The Service Provider uses location data to provide features such as personalized content, personalized recommendations, and location-based services.
- **Analytics and Improvements**: The aggregated, anonymous data helps the Service Provider analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and effectiveness of the App.
- **External Services**: The Service Provider may pass anonymous location data to external services to improve the App and enhance its offerings.

🚫 Anti-Fraud Policy
We do not encourage the use of any fraudulent methods, such as changing your VPN, duplicating offers, or manipulating device data.
If any illegal activity is detected, it may result in the loss of some or all of the app's features, without prior notice.
🎮 Important Note
To protect our rewards system and ensure a fair gaming experience, we automatically record your in-app progress and other events.
Any attempts to tamper with levels or modify app data will result in the loss of some or all of the app's features.
HTML5 Game Data Collection
Some in-app content, such as the embedded HTML5 game, may use third-party services (such as Google Analytics) to collect non-personal data about how the game is used. This data is used to improve the experience and understand user interaction.
**Do third parties see the information the App collects?**
Aggregate and anonymous data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the App and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the manner described in this Privacy Statement.
Please note that the App uses external services that have their own privacy policies regarding data handling. Below are links to the privacy policies of the external service providers used in the App:

**The Service Provider may disclose information provided by users and collected automatically:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- With trusted service providers who act on its behalf, do not have independent use of the information we disclose, and have agreed to abide by the rules set out in this Privacy Statement.
**What are your opt-out rights?**
You can easily stop all collection of information from the App by uninstalling the App. You can use the standard uninstallation processes available as part of your mobile device or via the app market.
**Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information**
The Service Provider will retain User-Provided Data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable period thereafter. The Service Provider will retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months, after which it may be stored in aggregate form. If you wish the Service Provider to delete User-Provided Data that you have provided through the App, please contact them at MistCash2025@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User-Provided Data may be required for the App to function properly.
**Children**
The Service Provider does not use the App to knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the event that the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will immediately delete this from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (MistCash2025@gmail.com) so that they can take necessary action.
**Security**
The Service Provider attaches great importance to protecting the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect the information we process and maintain. For example, we restrict access to such information to our authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve the Application. Please be aware that while we endeavor to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
**Changes**
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes.

By using the Application, you are giving your consent for the Service Provider to process your information as described in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using cookies on your computer/mobile device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
